ABOUT ME
My first love is movement. I participated in sports in high school and college, using resistance training to increase my performance. I fell in love with the process early on which later influenced my decision to earn my bachelor's degree in Exercises Science from Angelo State University in 2014; after graduation I moved to Denver Colorado to play rugby for a few seasons, and came to call Denver home.
I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2016 before beginning my personal training career in 2018. In 2021 I became a Certified Nutrition Coach, sharpening my coaching skills allowing me to bring a more thorough approach to my clients goals; focusing on whole foods, balanced meals, and sustainable patterns, I help you find your best lifestyle practices.
Through the ups and downs of my life, movement, resistance training and balanced eating have been a part of my lifestlye; My drive now is share with you the incorporation of these principles into your routine to support your goals!
